If you discover that parts are missing, contact your Schacht dealer and ask them to follow up with us. If you bought the product on Amazon, the dealer will have a store page there. Amazon does not ship our products and cannot resolve customer service questions.
We package and ship all Schacht products from our factory in Boulder, Colorado. (Occasionally we ship kits that have been prepacked elsewhere, but that’s rare.) Many Schacht products are sold fully or partially unassembled for customers to put together. Screws, washers, and other small hardware get packed into small bags. Please check the product box or bag carefully—sometimes the hardware bags are taped to wooden parts. Compare parts against the Parts list in the assembly manual or the card on the bag.
